The Provedore Group Pty Ltd announces that effective from 30th September 2014, Mr Andrew Papanastasiou the founder of Montana Foods, has sold his remaining minority interest in Montana Foods Pty Ltd and associated entities.

Andrew has decided that after a well-earned holiday, he will focus on pursuing his agricultural interests as well as boutique food businesses.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Andrew for his passion, enthusiasm and hard work over his eight year association with Montana Foods and the Provedore Group.

His efforts in establishing and growing a talented, dedicated and enthusiastic team will ensure that we will continue delivering the award winning range of products.
